I wonder if when the architects were designing the National Library of Trinidad and Tobago they considered the concept of reading and learning being the rungs on the ladder to success. That's certainly what this view of the Library brought to mind for me. Though, if the analogy were followed through to its end, success seems a rather dark and intimidating place.

I like how the various geometrical shapes interact with each other in this shot. It works very well in b&w too.
